Engineers
People who write code that other engineers can read six months later. Backend, frontend, infrastructure, ML — pragmatism over novelty.

Product
People who have spent time inside a regulated business and know what compliance actually means. You can read an RBI circular without flinching.

Design
Designers who can build for a 25-year-old field officer on an Android phone in a third-tier city, and a CFO on a 13-inch laptop in Mumbai.

Implementation
People who have rolled out an LMS or LOS at an NBFC and survived the first six weeks of go-live.

We are early
Product-market fit in pockets, not across the whole portfolio. The first year is operating-heavy: lots of customer time, lots of debugging real-world workflows.

The team is small
Roles are broad. You will do work that does not fit a single title. If that is uncomfortable, this is not the right place yet.

No agencies, no resellers. The customer interaction is direct, and engineering / product time goes into solving customer problems, not channel management.
