  • Co-lending arrangements

    Co-lending partnerships under the RBI co-lending framework with partner NBFCs and banks — typically 80-20 or 70-30 arrangements depending on the asset class.

  • Capital absorption

    We borrow from banks and capital partners against the book and lend it out through our agent network. Standard term-loan, NCD and bank-line arrangements.

  • Multi-product

    Personal, business, MSME, vehicle, education, gold. Insurance distribution via IRDAI POSP. Cards and mutual funds where the customer fit is right.

Consulting FAQ

Do you consult for lenders who would be SquareNow customers?

Yes. Consulting is vendor-neutral. If SquareNow is the right stack for you we will say so; if FinnOne / Cloudbankin / building in-house is the right call for your specific situation we will say so. We are direct about the trade-offs.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

For founder-stage NBFCs we occasionally do hybrid arrangements (reduced cash + small equity). Standard engagements are fixed-fee or T&M.

How long is a typical engagement?

4-6 weeks for compliance posture or vendor selection. 12-16 weeks for set-up of a new lending operation. 6-12 months for embedded operations.
